cheap heat is a new ambitiously-monthly singles series from your good friends at fling ii.

Everything we do at fling ii is about trusting your intuitions, your friends, and your excellent gear (such as the inimitable Boss Super Phaser PH-2). The inputs and outputs of our album creation alchemical process both create an incredible amount of quite good tape that doesn't quite pass our Six Sigma Standard for Album Usage - cheap heat is a our gift to the real heads, minimally processing these sketches and outtakes for public consumption.

ansible and doze are unmeticulous modular meditations on texture and tone, without academic pretension or trying very hard. The cheap heat series will semi-regularly release these rougher sketches, produced and mastered with haste to preserve freshness.
